Washing Instructions

Water Temperature: Machine wash cold (maximum 30°C or 90°F) to protect the vibrant pigment dyes and reduce shrinkage.
Sorting: Always wash with like-colored garments. Loose pigments can bleed onto light or white clothing during early wash cycles.
Cycle: Turn the garment inside out to reduce surface friction. Use a gentle or delicate cycle with a mild, bleach-free detergent.
First-Wash Tip: As noted on official Comfort Colors Care Instructions, always wash separately or with similar dark colors before wearing for the first time.
Stain Treatment: Gently dab stains with a mild soap solution and soft cloth rather than aggressive scrubbing, which can damage the pigment-dyed surface.

Drying & Maintenance

Drying Method: Hang dry to best preserve the size, shape, and unique vintage look.
Tumble Dry: If using a machine, tumble dry on low heat or the "air fluff" setting. Avoid high heat, which can cause micro-shrinkage and alter the fit.
